As we approach the second cycle of the Universal Periodic Review, Focus and our partners are proud to present the UPR Stakeholder Joint Submission to Human Rights Council on the Thailand.
The joint submission was conducted by members of FTA Watch, Justice for Peace Foundation (JPF) and Land Watch Working Group (LWWG). The report covers on key issues in respect to human rights norms and obligations:
(a) Right to land and natural resources
(b) Access to justice
(c) Human rights defender
(d) Gender equality and Women Access to justice
(e) Rights to health
